Our Story
Joe and Coryn met at Ohio State on Friday, April 15, 2016. Joe and his roommate, Matt, stumbled back to a friend’s apartment after some way-too-early beers at Midway. There, the party continued, and Coryn, who lived in the apartment upstairs, caught Joe’s eye when she joined in on the gathering. After that day of fun, laughs, and a seemingly endless amount of cornhole, they’ve been inseparable.
Since then, Coryn and Joe have accomplished so much together. Coryn and Joe both graduated from Ohio State in 2017 and moved to Peoria, AZ. There, Coryn furthered her career, and Joe completed Optometry school. Throughout Joe’s clinical rotations, they also lived in Nashville and Tacoma.
Joe proposed to Coryn on May 7, 2022, at the scenic Boulders Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. Shortly following, they moved to North Canton. Now, 7 years, 4 months, 11 days, 9652 miles, and two dogs after that fateful Friday in Columbus, we welcome you to share in our joy as we say “I do!”
